peaceofthewildthings: i received my engagment pictures in the mail today; hooray! i have come up with a genius idea. instead of having a guest book that everyone signs, have a picture with a massive border that people can sign [thank you to the gerbers for this idea]. to put my own personal touch on it, in the bottom middle of the border i’m going to write: “years ago i met my lover on the banks of the stormy Jordan”.  not many people are going to get it and that’s fine by me but just so you know…it’s a paper route lyric. [go listen to them. you’ll thank me later.]  also, this lovely lady erica (thewanderingyellow) did our engagement photos. geez louise, is she amazing. i love her and her work very much.  Look at you being all cute and stuff.
